Stephanie Glenn, RD, LD, is a registered and licensed dietitian. She received a B.S. in Dietetics from CMSU in May 2000 and completed a dietetic internship through Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services in May 2003. Her past work experience includes:

• Clinical dietitian at Bothwell Regional Health Center including nutritional assessments and inpatient and outpatient nutrition counseling.

• Instructs an 8 week weight management course emphasizing importance of proper eating, portion control, behavior modification, and goal setting.

• Nutrition counseling of participants of the Supplemental nutrition program for Women, Infants and Children funded by USDA.

• Nutrition counseling of parents of children participating in Head Start found at nutritional risk.
